My name is Zoe and this blog is inspired by my youngest brother who, upon hearing the word gratitude and having mum explain the concept to him, asked, “Gratitude, does that mean great attitude?” and we assured him that it did.
Max is the brother who inspired this blog, and he has now joined me in posting daily about gratitude. He and I are both using this practice to create a great-attitude habit of looking at the big picture and enjoying life in the moment of now.
I’m coming back to this blog with a different reason to write than when I first started. I had all these grand plans to make this blog about personal gratitude and world changing gratitude, but I have found it to be simpler to focus on just the personal gratitude. That’s not to say I don’t want to change the world, I just need to find a more effective way of doing so. And by keeping this blog simple, I’m more likely to contribute more often and build my own gratitude habit.
